• Nominate your Best in the Midwest!

Employee and Manager of the Year Nominations:

• Nominate (1) Employee of the Year and (1) Manager of the Year
• Judging is based on work completed in the calendar year 2021
• Be sure to review Rules on the nomination form below!

Best in the Midwest Nominations:

• Determine which category your property falls into: #1-7
• Any person/company engaged in active management at an establishment that falls into one of the categories listed on the form is eligible to receive this award.
• Be sure to review Awards Information on the nomination form below!\
